Caldwell, a former Division 1 collegiate athlete is the founder and managing director of the firm. Dr. Caldwell holds a dual Ph.D. in Global Leadership and Organizational Culture and is a globally recognized expert in brand and reputation management. He uses academic insight with lived experience to transform athletes into high-impact leaders from the locker room to the boardroom.
